DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM-MADE JEWELRY?
We offer customized sizing for all our beaded bracelets. If you have a special project in mind, you are welcome to contact us at contact(at)jurmojewelry.com.
CAN I RESIZE MY BRACELET?
Unfortunately, we do not offer resizing. We recommend that you read our sizing instructions carefully before ordering. If you have received a size that does not match the ordered size, please contact us at contact(at)jurmojewelry.com.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE THE JEWELRY?
The jewelry is usually shipped to you within 1-3 business days from ordering. Please see section shipping and returns for specific information. Please note! Due to shipment delays caused by Covid-19, the production time of all jewelry is currently between 4-6 weeks.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
The delivery time is 1-5 business days depending on where you are situated. Please see specific information in the section shipping and returns.
WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When the order has been placed, you will receive an automated e-mail confirming the order. When the order has been dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may return your order for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the items, provided the conditions for return are met. If the received items are faulty, we will cover the shipping costs. In all other cases, return shipping is paid by the customer. Please see shipping and returns for detailed information.
IS TAX INCLUDED IN THE PRICES?
Orders within Europe include 24 % VAT. Orders shipped outside Europe do not include VAT or possible import duties. Where applicable, VAT is deducted at checkout when the shipping destination has been selected.
