RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, it can be returned to us if the following conditions are met:
  • The product is still in its original packaging
  • There is no sign of visible use or misuse of the product
  • The original product documentation together with the warranty card are also returned
  • We are formally informed of the return within 14 days of receiving the items
If the received products are faulty, we are happy to exchange or refund the purchase provided we are formally informed within 14 days of receiving the items.

In case you want to return a product during the return period, contact our customer service by email at contact@jurmowatches.com, clearly indicating that you wish to withdraw the contract, your name and the products you wish to return, as well as the order number and date. All exchange and return requests must be sent to us in writing either by email at contact@jurmowatches.com or by mail sent to Jurmo Watch Company Oy, Otakaari 5A-grid, 02150 Espoo, Finland. 

The customer stands for the return shipping costs of the item(s). All returned items must be shipped with tracking. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please contact us through email at contact@jurmowatches.com for further instructions on returns through our third party shipping provider, DHL. 

All returned orders will be refunded once we receive the items. We will also inspect the returned watches before full refund.

Once the refund is made it will usually take 1-3 working days to receive the funds to the account where the payment was made.
