Sisu is the first timepiece of our contemporary collection. The watch is inspired by our first prototype, modelled after a landmark on Jurmo. A lone tree that stands in the middle of rough gravel terrain, surviving despite the harsh conditions. The tree represents Sisu, a unique Finnish concept that signifies willpower and perseverance.

The journey from concept to completion has required resilient development and the determination to create a unique timepiece using unconventional methods - hence the name.

The bold design showcases a manual-wound, skeletonized ETA 6497 movement, honouring the mechanical roots of a timepiece. The movement's main plate is manufactured with an in-house developed composite technology, which we believe is an industry first. A majority of the components are manufactured and modified in-house, emphasizing Finnish craftsmanship and Sisu - all encased in one watch.
